National Trench Safety, LLCNational Trench Safety, LLC (“NTS”) is a Houston, Texas based company that was founded in January 2004 by a group of trench safety rental industry veterans to concentrate on the rental and sale of underground equipment and trench safety products, including trench shielding, trench shoring, road plates, pipe lasers, pipe plugs and confined space equipment. On May 14, 2004, NTS completed the acquisition of C.C.S.S. Services, Inc., dba Mikedon (“Mikedon”), which represented NTS’ first operations. Mikedon is a Houston based trench safety and traffic safety equipment rental company which has established a favorable market presence in Houston over the last five years and functions as the “Hub” for all of NTS’ Texas operations. NTS has since expanded by opening new operations in Beaumont, Texas (October 2004), San Antonio, Texas (June 2005), Austin, Texas (December 2005) and Freemont (San Francisco Bay Area), California (January 2006).
