Jason B. Beauvais serves as our Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary.  From 2006 to 2008, Mr. Beauvais was an attorney for Occidental Petroleum Corporation, an international oil and gas exploration and production company, where he supported its Permian Basin assets in Texas and New Mexico along with other international business units based in the Houston, Texas office.  From 2002 to 2006, Mr. Beauvais was an associate in the Corporate and Securities section of Baker Botts L.L.P., where he primarily counseled companies in public issuances and private placements of debt and equity and handled a widerange of general corporate and securities matters as well as mergers and acquisitions.  Mr. Beauvais has been licensed to practice law in Texas since 2002.
