Michael S. Galvan serves as our Chief Accounting Officer.  From 2006 to 2007, Mr. Galvan was a senior manager for Direct Energy, a leading retail energy company and a subsidiary of Centrica plc (LSE: CNA), where he managed the financial accounting for the company’s Northeast markets. From 2005 to 2006, Mr. Galvan was an audit manager with Malone & Bailey, PC, with a focus on audits of small publicly traded companies.  From 1996 to 2005, Mr. Galvan served in various finance and accounting roles with Enron Corp., Enron North America Corp. and Enron Net Works, L.L.C.  The positions he held included director of financial operations, manager of financial operations, and financial accounting and reporting senior specialist.  Prior to his nine year tenure with Enron, Mr. Galvan served as a senior auditor with Arthur Andersen LLP for public and private companies.
