Capital Corporation. Prior to joining Main Street Mr. Haley was a
Senior in the Transaction Advisory Services consulting group at Ernst
& Young LLP. While at Ernst & Young, Mr. Haley provided
complete transaction life-cycle buy and sell side diligence on more
than 20 transactions including carve-outs, public to privates, reverse
mergers, rollups, and IPO’s. Analysis was provided for both strategic
and private equity clients in a variety of industries, including
energy, health care, financial services, manufacturing, technology,
retail, and communications. |
