Alejandro Palomo is as an associate at Main Street Capital Corporation.
Prior to joining Main Street, Mr. Palomo was a senior associate at
PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP ("PwC") serving in its M&A/Transaction
Services group. While at PwC, Mr. Palomo provided financial advisory
services on buy-side and sell-side transactions for corporate and
private equity clients across a broad array of industries. Prior to
joining the Transactions Services group, Mr. Palomo served as an auditor with PwC providing financial assurance services to public and privately held companies. |
