Robert M. Shuford is an Associate at Main Street Capital Corporation. Previously, Mr. Shuford was a Senior Associate of Avail Consulting, LLC in the Financial Advisory Services Group. While at Avail, Mr. Shuford was actively involved in the valuation of closely held stock, performance of acquisition due diligence and the valuation of intangible assets for a number of clients in a number of industries. His experience at Avail also includes fiinancial and economic analysis of operating businesses, including the qualitative and quantitative analysis of historical and projected performance. These engagements were performed in connection with mergers, acquisitions, tax planning and reporting, litigation support, financial reporting and general corporate planning. His experience also includes extensive pro forma financial modeling for various types of companies.
