Enserv was a leading national provider of environmentally responsible medical waste collection, transportation, treatment and subsequent disposal services for customers in the healthcare and related industries. The mission of Enserv was to become the premier company providing quality medical waste removal and destruction, related environmental services, training and products. Enserv’s management team was an assemblage of highly qualified, knowledgeable senior executives, who collectively have over 150 years of successful management experience in the healthcare, environmental, financial and waste services industries. Enserv completed its platform acquisition of Medical Waste Services of America, LLC in August 2004, with plans to execute a consolidation strategy in the highly fragmented medical waste industry. In 2005, Enserve merged with Houston, Texas based Med-Shred, Inc. to create MedServe, Inc.
