Summary of Main Street’s Charitable Contributions for 2024

Main Street is a dedicated proponent of supporting local charitable and non-profit organizations. As stated in the CSR Strategy, Main Street supports specific charities based on the feedback from our employees. This support takes the form of both monetary donations, our employees' time, and talents through unique "Main Street team projects" and the utilization of our Volunteer Time Off program. Main Street is pleased to have continued its ongoing support and relationships with Child Advocates, Rescued Pets Movement "RPM", Houston Arboretum, Memorial Assistance Ministries "MAM" and Ronald McDonald House.

In 2024, Main Street and our employees contributed $490,465 and volunteered 357 hours to our local charities, representing a 29% increase in dollars donated (up from $379,018 in 2023) and a 50% increase in volunteer hours (up from 238 hours in 2023). Please see the summary below for a recap on how we were able to support each charity this past year.

Child Advocates A total contribution of $54,500 (including a combination of Main Street donations of $29,000 and donations from Main Street employees of $25,500)

  1. In December 2024, Main Street participated in Child Advocates’ Santa’s Wish List volunteer event. Our team donated $9,000 and organized a toy drive, providing Christmas gifts to more than 100 children. Additionally, 13 Main Street employees volunteered their time to help Child Advocates load, transport, and organize all the toys.
  2. In April 2024, Main Street participated in the Pull for Kids Classic event alongside Child Advocates for the fifth consecutive year. Main Street and the employees provided a generous $45,500 donation, and four volunteers contributed their time to help organize the sporting clays tournament and silent auction. The company also supported the charity by fielding two teams for the competition and having 10 employees attend the dinner and silent auction that evening.

Rescued Pets Movement  A total contribution of $27,000(including a combination of Main Street donations of 25,500 and donations from Main Street employees of $1,500)

  1. In October 2024, Main Street volunteered at Rescued Pets Movement to help with the animals at the facility. Seven employees volunteered for 3 hours. The team performed tasks such as cleaning kennels, washing dishes, laundry and walking dogs.
  2. In May 2024, Main Street supported RPM by sponsoring a $5,000 table for the anniversary Meow and Bow Wow Brunch Bash. In addition to the sponsorship Main Street also had employees attend the brunch.

Houston Arboretum A total contribution of $43,215 (including a combination of Main Street donations of 29,000 and donations from Main Street employees of $14,215)

  1. In October 2024, Main Street sponsored the ArBOOretum event at the Arboretum. Main Street was a supporting sponsor which included a $5,000 monetary donation. In addition to the sponsorship, Main Street had families attend the event and invited several families from Child Advocates.
  2. In March 2024, Main Street employees volunteered at the Houston Arboretum & Nature Center. Our team donated their time clearing and preparing the Willow Oak Trail to make it more accessible for wheelchair users. Main Street also made a $15,000 donation to support the construction of this new ADA-compliant path.
  3. In May 2024, Main Street supported the Alfresco Gala by sponsoring a $7,000 table and having members of our team attend.

Memorial Assistance Ministries (“MAM”) A total contribution of $36,750 (including a combination of Main Street donations of $32,500 and donations from Main Street employees of $4,250)

  1. In August 2024, Main Street participated in Memorial Assistance Ministries’ back-to-school drive. Our team raised $4,250 and matched $2 for every $1 donated, contributing an additional $8,500, plus a direct donation of $10,000, for a total of $22,750. This support ensured that more children could benefit from MAM’s program and start the school year with confidence.

Soldiers’ Angels A total contribution of $10,000 from Main Street

  1. In November 2024, Main Street partnered with Soldiers’ Angels for a hands-on volunteer event at our offices. Our team contributed $10,000 worth of supplies, and Main Street employees assembled 300 hygiene kits and 300 boxed lunches for homeless veterans and veterans in VA hospitals.

Ronald McDonald House A total contribution of $36,350 from Main Street (including a combination of Main Street donations of $35,900 and donations from Main Street employees of $450)

  1. In January 2025, Main Street participated in the Houston Marathon, benefiting Ronald McDonald House Houston. Our team had 24 runners (3 marathon, 19 half marathon, and 2 5k participants). In addition to race-day support, Main Street made a monetary donation of $11,000 in support of the charity’s mission.
  2. In December 2024, Main Street participated in the 15th annual Trafigura Run benefiting the Ronald McDonald House Houston for the fifth consecutive year. Our team contributed a donation of $7,500 in support of RMH Houston’s mission to help families with seriously ill children. In addition to the sponsorship, 10 Main Street participants joined the cause on race day.
  3. In May 2024, Main Street volunteered at the Holcombe House. Our team catered lunch to the families, residents, and staff of the Holcombe House. The event included a $5,000 sponsorship and was supported by eight Main Street employees who served food to over 50 families.

Various Donations & Matching A total contribution of $11,400 was made to other non-profit organizations in our community (including a combination of Main Street donations of $5,700 and donations from Main Street employees of $5,700)

  1. Our matching program matches individual employee contributions on a dollar-for-dollar basis. For 2024, Main Street employees donated $5,700 to a charity of their choice. Main Street matched their donations bringing the total donations to $11,400.

Education A total contribution of $320,500 was made to the Main Street scholarship program in 2024 ($49,250 payable by portfolio companies and $271,250 payable by Main Street)

  1. In 2024, $271,250 of new and renewable scholarships were funded by Main Street, bringing the lifetime committed amount to $1.757 million (or $2.049 million with our LMM portfolio companies).
