Summary of Main Street’s Charitable Contributions for 2025

In 2025, Main Street and our employees contributed $611,484  and volunteered 368  hours to our local charities, representing a 24% increase in dollars donated (up from $490,465 in 2024) and a 3% increase in volunteer hours (up from 357 hours in 2024). Thank you again for everything that you did to help support these charities in 2025, both in terms of financial contributions and the time and effort dedicated. The positive impact of our collective efforts is deeply appreciated by the charities we support.

As we look forward to 2026, we are hopeful that the Main Street team will persist in supporting and growing our involvement  with each charity. In order to encourage more participation in 2026, Main Street will donate $26,000 to each charity and will continue to match every donation to one of our five charities $2 to $1 , up to  $10,000 per charity. For a chance to donate  up to $36,000 per charity. We look forward to growing our commitment to serve the community in 2026.

Child Advocates A total contribution of   $64,805 (including a combination of Main Street donations of $42,120 and donations from Main Street employees of $22,685)

  1. In January 2026, Main Street participated in the Houston Marathon, benefiting Child Advocates. Our team had 13 runners (3 marathon, 7 half marathon, and 3 5k participants). In addition to race-day support, Main Street made a monetary donation of $8,250 in support of the charity’s mission.
  2. In December 2025, Main Street participated in Child Advocates’ Santa’s Wish List volunteer event. Our team donated $10,000 and organized a toy drive, providing Christmas gifts to more than 100 children. Additionally, 12 Main Street employees volunteered their time to help load, transport, and organize all the toys.
  3. In September 2025, Main Street participated in the Pull for Kids Classic event alongside Child Advocates for the sixth consecutive year. Main Street and the employees provided a generous $46,550 donation, and six volunteers contributed their time to help organize the sporting clays tournament and silent auction. The company also supported the charity by fielding two teams for the competition and having 10 employees attend the dinner and silent auction that evening.

Rescued Pets Movement  A total contribution of   $32,500 (including a combination of Main Street donations of $31,000 and donations from Main Street employees of $1,500)

  1. In October 2025, Main Street volunteered at Rescued Pets Movement to help with the animals at the facility. Four employees volunteered for 3 hours. The team performed tasks such as: cleaning kennels, washing dishes, laundry and walking dogs.
  2. In February 2025, Main Street supported Rescued Pets Movement’s
  3.  by sponsoring a $10,000 table for their biggest fundraiser, Chefs for Paws. In addition to the sponsorship Main Street also had 10 employees attend the dinner.

Houston Arboretum A total contribution of $39,500 ( including a combination of Main Street donations of 30,500 and donations from Main Street employees of $9,000)

  1. In October 2024, Main Street sponsored the ArBOOretum event at the Arboretum. Main Street was a supporting sponsor which included a $5,000 monetary donation. In addition to the sponsorship, Main Street had families attend the event and invited several families from Child Advocates.
  2. In March 2025, Main Street volunteers worked with the Houston Arboretum staff to clear dense brush and create a 3-foot-wide path for fencing ahead of 150 goats from Rent-A-Ruminant Texas. Main Street also donated $10,000 to support this initiative.
  3. In April 2025, Main Street supported the Alfresco Gala by sponsoring a $10,000 table and having members of our team attend.

Memorial Assistance Ministries (“MAM”) A total contribution of $34,204 (including a combination of Main Street donations of $30,502 and donations from Main Street employees of $3,702)

  1. In August 2025, Main Street participated in a Resale Store volunteer event with 19 volunteers who sorted through and packaged/tagged donated clothes, toys, and fabric, and helped decorate the store for Christmas in preparation for the holiday season.
  2. In August 2025, Main Street also participated in Memorial Assistance Ministries’ back-to-school drive. Our team raised $3,702.50 and Main Street matched donations, contributing an additional $4,905, plus a direct donation of $5,000, for a total of $13,608. This support ensured that more children could benefit from MAM’s program and start the school year with confidence.

Operation Patriot Pack  A total contribution of $10,000 from Main Street  

  1. In November 2025, Main Street partnered with Operation Patriot Packs for a hands-on volunteer event at our offices. We donated $10,000 and assembled 100 backpacks with essential supplies, including flashlights donated by our portfolio company, Infinity X1.

Ronald McDonald House A total contribution of $29,825 from Main Street  (including a combination of Main Street donations of $27,050 and donations from Main Street employees of $2,775)

  1. In December 2025, Main Street participated in the 16th annual Trafigura Run benefiting the Ronald McDonald House Houston for the fifth consecutive year. Our team contributed a donation of $10,000 in support of RMH Houston’s mission to help families with seriously ill children. In addition to the sponsorship,  Main Street participants joined the cause on race day.
  2. In May  2025, Main Street volunteered at the Holcombe House.  Our team catered lunch  to the families, residents, and staff of the Holcombe House. The event included a $5,000 sponsorship  and was supported by 12 Main Street employees who   served   food to over 50 families.

Texas Hill Country Flood  – A total contribution of $55,000 was made Kerr County Flood Relief Fund in 2025  (including a combination of Main Street donations of $25,000 and donations from Main Street employees of $30,000)

  1. In response to the devastating flooding in the Texas Hill Country, 31 Main Street employees contributed $30,000 to the Kerr County Flood Relief Fund. Main Street proudly matched the first $25,000, bringing our total contribution to $55,000 in support of ongoing recovery efforts.

Education A total contribution of $410,000 was made to the Main Street scholarship program in 2025  ($76,750 payable by portfolio companies and $333,250 payable by Main Street)

  1. In 2025, $333,250 new and renewable scholarships were funded  by Main Street, bringing  the lifetime  committed amount to $2.112  million (or $2.504 million with our LMM portfolio companies) and paid $1.592million (or $1.843 million with our LMM portfolio companies).

Various Donations & Matching  – A total contribution of $12,400   was made to other non-profit organizations in our community  (including a combination of Main Street donations of $6,200 and donations from Main Street employees of $6,200)

Our matching program  matches individual employee contributions on a dollar-for-dollar basis.  For 2025, Main Street employees donated $6,200 to a charity of their choice.  Main Street matched their donations bringing the  total donations to $12,400.
