Hawthorne Customs & Dispatch Services (Hawthorne) provides "one stop logistics" services to its customers in order to facilitate the import and export of various products to and from the United States. In this capacity, Hawthorne offers numerous transportation-related services to its customers as a licensed United States customs broker, an ocean freight intermediary, an ocean freight forwarder, a common carrier trucking firm and an owner/operator of a bonded public warehouse/trans-loading facility. Hawthorne operates out of multiple owned and leased facilities with close proximity to the Ship Channel and The Port of Houston in Houston, Texas. The Company enjoys a large and loyal customer base, some of which have been with Hawthorne since the Company began operations in 1958.
